Rope & Rep
A conditioning and bodyweight training gear site for garages, backyards and small spaces: jump ropes, pull-up bars, rings, sleds and sandbags.

What the site will cover
About Rope & Rep
Rope & Rep covers the equipment that makes a hard workout possible without a full gym: speed and weighted jump ropes, doorway and wall-mounted pull-up bars, gymnastic rings, dip stations, sleds and harnesses, sandbags, kettlebells, resistance bands, plyo boxes and flooring. The buying questions are about space and durability. Which pull-up bar is safe on a given doorframe? What sandbag seams hold up to being slammed? Which rope is fastest to learn double-unders on, and which one lasts on concrete?
Picks follow the standards on this hub. Conditioning gear is cheap to buy badly and expensive to buy twice, so where a product has been trained with by me the page says so and describes how it held up. Where a pick is researched, built from load ratings, materials and owner reports over long use, that is stated on the page. Safety comes first with anything that carries body weight. Commissions on links are disclosed on every page.
Rope & Rep belongs to the Fitness & Training group with Bag & Bell, Pace & Pavement, Open Ear Club and Ring & Rest. It is launching soon, so this profile describes planned coverage rather than a live site. When it launches, its About page will link back to this hub so readers can see who is behind it.
Rope & Rep is owned and operated by Iron Mako Media. It follows the same editorial standards as every site in the network and carries the network-wide affiliate disclosure: like every Iron Mako Media site, Rope & Rep earns commissions on purchases made through its links, and this hub carries none.
