This site collects very little, and this page says exactly what. It covers ironmakomedia.com only. Each portfolio site publishes its own privacy policy because each one uses affiliate links and this hub does not.

Iron Mako Media has no physical office and no phone line. Email is the only contact channel, and it is a real inbox read by the owner.

Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the site sends your name, email address, subject and message to mike@blackironathletics.com as an ordinary email. Delivery uses Microsoft’s email service; the message is not stored in a database on this site. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that a reply reaches you.
The form also records the time the page loaded and checks a hidden field that real visitors never see. Both exist only to reject automated spam. The site keeps a short-lived, in-memory count of submissions per network address to limit abuse; that count is not written anywhere and resets on its own.
Messages are kept in the owner’s inbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation, and deleted when they are not. You can ask for a message to be deleted at any time by emailing the same address.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. The configuration anonymizes IP addresses and does not enable Google Signals, remarketing or advertising personalization. The data is aggregated and used only to see which parts of the site are useful.
Google’s own privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking analytics scripts in your browser.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets a small number of first-party cookies to tell one visit from another; these do not contain your name or email and are described in Google’s documentation linked above. If you block or delete them, every page on this site still works.
Third parties and outbound links
Two third-party services are involved in running this site: a hosting provider that serves the pages, and Microsoft, which delivers contact form email. Both act on the site’s instructions and neither is given your information for their own use.
This hub links out to the live sites in the portfolio and to the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidance. Those sites have their own privacy policies. In particular, each portfolio site uses affiliate links and describes its own tracking on its own privacy page; that tracking does not happen here.
Retention and your choices
Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to handle them. Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics and is aggregate. You may ask, at any time, what information the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email mike@blackironathletics.com and the request will be handled by the owner directly.
Residents of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other places with privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws. The same email address is the way to exercise them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent a message through the contact form, email the address above and it will be deleted.
Changes and contact
