Meal & Macro
A meal prep and lunch gear site for people who cook once and eat all week: containers, lunch boxes, insulated jars and portion tools, checked for leaks, seals and dishwasher survival.

What the site will cover
About Meal & Macro
Meal & Macro covers the containers and tools of weekly food prep: glass and plastic meal prep containers, bento-style lunch boxes, insulated food jars, lunch bags and coolers, portion scales and measuring tools, and the labels and organizers that make a fridge of prepped meals workable. The buying questions are unglamorous and important. Which lids actually stay sealed in a bag? Which containers survive a year of dishwasher cycles without warping? How long does an insulated jar keep soup hot? What is worth buying in a set versus one at a time?
Recommendations follow the standards on this hub. Containers are easy to test hands-on and the results are decisive, so where a product has been used in my own kitchen for weeks the page says so, including how it held up. Where a pick is researched, built from materials, capacity, published temperature performance and owner reports, the page labels it that way. Commissions on links are disclosed on every page and never decide which container is recommended.
Meal & Macro belongs to the Home, Family & Everyday group with Gate & Guard, Pedal & Pint, Chill & Chest and Shade & Signal, and it connects naturally to the Fitness & Training sites for readers who prep around a training plan. It is launching soon; this profile describes planned coverage. When live it will link back to this hub.
Meal & Macro is owned and operated by Iron Mako Media. It follows the same editorial standards as every site in the network and carries the network-wide affiliate disclosure: like every Iron Mako Media site, Meal & Macro earns commissions on purchases made through its links, and this hub carries none.
